This is not the trend in the United States of America alone. It is a global trend that shows no signs of abating!

After all, the success of web e commerce was ensured ever since the Internet came into being. Purely internet based businesses like Yahoo, Google, Amazon and even eBay owe all of their success to the concept of web e commerce. This is what has enabled these businesses to come into being and to become a profitable source of commercial activity.
